Prices: Subject to change without notice. Fuel surcharge / Environmental fee may be added to supplies and/or delivery. With all products, wood or quarry, there will be color and/or cut variances. Please make sure you have seen the bulk products in person before ordering. Please do not rely on the image on your computer, as differences in monitors can alter the color.

Funds: All communications and transactions are in U.S. funds unless otherwise noted.

Settling: Mulch volume is measured when the truck is loaded. Settling will occur during delivery.

Time: You do not need to be home to receive your delivery. We cannot give you a specific time for delivery due to traffic conditions and other variables. Your order will arrive on the scheduled day. If you have hired help or a landscaper to spread your bulk products, please schedule them to come the day after delivery, as we can not guarantee the time. The driver will call the customer if there is a problem or delay, so please provide a day time phone number, cell number, or any number where you can be reached on the day your delivery is scheduled.

Delivery: Dump trucks do not drive on lawns. ADK / DTS and its contracted truckers are not responsible for any damages, losses, etc., that may occur if trucks leave a hard surface to unload. It is not ADK / DTS our contracted truckers responsibility to provide a suitable location for the truck to unload.

Returns: Returns are subject to outbound and return shipping and handling charges, along with payment for used or damaged goods.

Cancellations: Cancellations less than 24 hours before delivery are subject to shipping and handling charges 10% of Order.
